I only collect what’s needed to support our work together – no more, no less.

2. Why I Use It

I use your information to:

• Understand your project and offer the best creative support I can
• Manage communication, scheduling, and invoicing
• Keep accurate records for accounting or legal purposes
• Meet any legal requirements if something official is requested

What I don’t do: sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

3. Where and How It’s Stored

Your information is stored securely – on password-protected devices or encrypted cloud storage platforms.

If I take physical notes, those are kept safe too.

I only keep your information for as long as I need it to support the work we’re doing or to meet legal obligations.

4. Your Rights (PAIA Compliance)

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information I hold about you
• Request updates if something’s outdated or incorrect
• Request that I delete data I no longer need

If you’d like to do any of the above, just email me. I’ll get back to you within 30 days, as required.

Sometimes I use third-party platforms like:

• Invoicing or payment systems
• Google Forms or Typeform
• Cloud-based project folders

Where I use these, I choose platforms that treat your data with care and comply with privacy best practices.

If I ever need to share something (for example, in a referral or collaboration), I’ll ask for your permission first.
