I’ve always had an instinctive sense for people’s emotions, energies, and unspoken truths. It’s not just empathy – it’s lived experience. I’ve stood on every side of the dice. I’ve been the owner, the employee, the manager, the freelancer, the one packing boxes and the one pitching strategies in a boardroom.
I’ve been a journalist, a designer, a shopkeeper, a marketer, a rockhound, a musician, a policy writer, a photographer, an event planner, a strategist… I have been the corporate and the creative.
Every version of me has taught me how to truly see others.
That’s my edge – my gift. When we work together, I’m not applying a one-size-fits-all formula. I’m listening. Feeling. Intuiting.
